Green Spots On Copper Pipes
The Faculty of Law at the UNAM (the biggest university in Latin America and the best located in the various rankings of universities that are performed worldwide) has undertaken a reform of its system graduation and degree, from an undergraduate system similar to ours, to a modern and flexible that offers students the following options to get your bachelor's degree in law:
1) Making a thesis and Professional Exam : basically consists in carrying out similar work to our "Memory" can choose from a total of 17 seminars a specific topic. Subsequently, this thesis must be defended before a commission candidate questioned about specific content of work and some issues related to seminar attended.
2) Graduate Studies: In this mode you get the title to take one of the "majors" offered by the Division of Graduate Studies, Faculty of Law at the UNAM (ufff, how far we this ...)
3) total claims and high academic standards: In this alternative, if you meet certain requirements can titularte notes yielding an oral examination, a) a specified area law (not three as in our case), b) a student's choice, c) and without a thesis or memory.
4) General Knowledge Exam: This is the choice of title most similar to our "beloved" (irony) Grade Examination. The big difference is that Written!
5) widening and deepening of knowledge: Finally, this possibility is, a) the realization of a seminar , b) the realization of a dissertation, c) the defense of the dissertation ( or small thesis) before a committee of three members.
Meanwhile the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile (located far behind the UNAM and other Latin American universities such as UBA and the University of Sao Paulo in the rankings above) offers students (presumably the best in the country) one degree alternative consisting of:
MAKING A MEMORY (offers its students few and Motivators "MEMORY WORKSHOPS" To facilitate this "STEP") AND GRADE ORAL EXAMINATION the structure and content does not correspond with the transformation of the curriculum of the undergraduate.
No doubt this little comparison reveals that the late are, firstly, and secondly, the large space and the big arguments that we have to move forward and build a true Public University and Excellence. We must therefore introduce
sharply this issue in the report of the Audit Commission Reform (one that should be published in the next few days) to feel our concerns and to see reflected our vision of School and College in the corrections to be made the implementation of the new curriculum

Shower Door Dimensions
Few phrases have generated so much impact and as the sharp reactions by Don Patricio Aylwin in the beginning of his mandate: "The market is cruel."
The significance of the words of former President of the Republic is clear and blunt: No one can stand still against the social dramas produced by the socio-economic system in place for the military regime.
To some extent it can be argued that this short sentence could summarize mastered the "ethos" of the Coalition as a political coalition: The model inherited from the dictatorship should be amended to enable all Chileans agreed in an equitable manner the benefits of growth economic.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, I deem it necessary to notice an aspect of the sentence we have been discussing and, in my opinion, has been given for a series of misunderstandings.
The market is an economic tool, and as such can not be cruel per se. market as a means of allocating scarce resources in complex societies can only be cruel to the extent that we forget that the exercise of freedom implies the convergence of a number of conditions that make it possible.
When we omit to notice this vital aspect, as if wishful and naive to all stakeholders concur to exercise their freedom endowed with an identical trade negotiation capacity, inevitably obtain a cruel market that makes the abuse of the most powerful expense of the many weak, small and uninformed. Freedom of the mixed results in the tyranny of the strongest.
However, when we are aware of the existence of constraints on freedom issues with which economic agents operate on the market, can intervene in socio-economic variables that make it possible abuses of the most powerful agents or preparations on the smaller and weaker, be possible in this way that everyone has access the known benefits of the market as a means of resource allocation: Creating Wealth, efficient allocation of welfare, encouragement of innovation, free choice of goods and services purchased, incentives for quality. Concisely, the law is responsible for placing on an equal footing than initially uneven, making possible the effective exercise of freedom of trade. Given these
circumstances, the market an instrument ceases to be cruel and incompatible with a Christian humanist project of society, to become a valid tool and supports a community partnership and to make possible the exercise of the freedom of individuals and develop their potential. Attended
foregoing, parties and governments have no Christian humanist position against the market loaded with prejudice to its possible cruelty, but must do whatever is necessary to create conditions that enable the agents carry out their transactions trade on a footing of equality.
How is this reflected?:
- The introduction
- clear economic regulations where necessary, imposed by regulatory bodies endowed with sufficient financial resources and highly qualified personnel.
- in handing down proper rules of protection of free competition and consumer protection.
- In fostering and protection of small and medium enterprises.
- in stimulating the formation of cooperatives / small communities of farmers, industrialists and artisans.
- in control of some contractual relationships through the introduction of "targeted contracts."
- and training in the protection of union organizations.
I have no very clear if this is what some people suggest talking to "correct the model." For my part, I think more than "amend" the model "inherit" the dictatorship and the Chicago Boys, it must consolidate this other model, epistemological and philosophical bases of which are profoundly different and even antagonistic. YOUTH OF THE NATION ADDRESS, 1964
"So, at this time that attack us, in that sometimes treacherous stone or insult or slander infamous liar intends to bite or bite, you have seen or even I bent down to pick up what you throw. I could not do it, because it would contaminate this huge march of the people of Chile. For to stop! You buy ered. Why attack us? Is it because we will lose? attack us because we are afraid because they know we're going to win, and because we are strong, we can afford the luxury of supreme strong, stay calm against the vile attack. Our Faculty Advisor candidate is Daniela Castillo, current academic representative of the generation 2003.
These are the nominations. We can now move back to school according to students. "MOVE THE SCHOOL shake involves how policy has developed in recent years and gamble primarily for those issues that result in a benefit for most peers. "MOVE THE SCHOOL is a work commitment and effort to improve your stay at the School and most enjoyable to those few spare moments that studies leave us. "MOVE THE SCHOOL" is synonymous with empathy and desire to represent those who have left the SDA and community life because they feel alien to the kind of "social movement" that is privileged in the school.
All are invited.

Frustration Rummy Sets And Runs
Comrades
About Ideological Congress that the current leadership of the Party has decided to pursue, it is natural to ask some questions about the identity and the future of Chilean Christian Democracy.
A first point is related to the "ideological support" that serves as the basis for public policies generated in the party organs and institutions linked to the party. In what As the doctrinal apparatus generated during the decades of 50 and 60 from structuralism community development, and personnel of Maritain and Mounier is applicable to the needs of an increasingly globalized world, rich in information technology? What is the impact it has had on our party identity hegemony of neoliberal thought, promoted by Washington and assimilated almost unanimously by the country's intellectual elite?.
A second issue of interest is linked to the organic relation of our party with the needs of the real Chile. In this regard it would be interesting to ask whether public policy that our party has used as key ideas in recent times under urgent and relevant topics considered by the public, or if, contrary to what many have believed, we have been deceived by promoting concepts and measures that represent a substantial contribution to most the inhabitants of the country and only have an impact within the political class.
Finally, it would be interesting to ask what feature of our party structure gives rise to the existence of so many factions and sectors. "The emergence of these features is derived from the existence of ideological and doctrinal differences between the different wings momentous party? Or rather it is instrumental alliances whose sole purpose is to position within the party organization and grab as much power and influence as possible? What can we do as a party to prevent their infighting from becoming an obstacle to our relationship with society and our institution?
I have the impression that the answer to this last question is closely linked to what we conclude about the two points that we mentioned earlier. This, taking into account the benefits they entail for the camaraderie and fraternity party the existence of a minimum ideological consensus and clarity about the current and future to be taken into account when defining the policies that the Christian Democratic Party must provide to the public.
I hope Congress will constitute a successful starting point on the long road that we go in order to rebuild a party identity that represents us all.
not forget that over a period of thirty years, the electoral successes were scarce, the Falange (and later the first Christian Democrats) were developing a series of basic concepts (Communitarianism, staff, development through reform basic economic structures, Promoting People, etc ...) from which to convince to more than half of Chileans about the need to take an optimistic a Revolution in Liberty.

certainly surprised me a few days ago Comrades (Ricardo, Pepe , Roberto ) led by Mariana Aylwin, I was invited to create a whole blog platform Congress of the DC , riiiiiiight at last a political party chooses to open to institutional blogs, and what better than the game where he played from age 18.
The blog is called e-conference, and looks to all members and no, let's talk about the future of Chilean DC, that we should make tracks we play, and what better to see our faces, listening to proposals, debate, and most importantly restore an area of brotherhood in a party that has bled clan struggles which will be setting our policies for a new world.
to recover the DC to Chile, to modernize it, welcome to the era of the Blogs

How To Clean Medela Cooler Bag
The really disturbing what has already been said, is that nobody tried or mentioned freedom of expression as a fundamental right, we see only the impact on the monopoly of an idea or an image that has been destroyed (the idea of a Muslim terrorist) . It seems rather that everyone gives a fit of "intuitionism" in the moment without thinking that, although the teacher may be deeply Barret wrong what is the kind of imputation? "Offending the national American sentimental? Distrust "in government? "Show something different? is odd because major authors of freedom of expression are in the U.S., then, frankly do not understand as a people can not (I say people in the indirect sense, as a representative) to grasp that someone can say something be true to himself without being harmful to anyone, this is not even hate speech to call to rebel against the system or things of this kind, it is only an opinion. Then only is punishable respect other opinions, which, to my knowledge, has the same specific gravity as that of another human being.
What to do with the DCU? I believe deeply that we can not censor a speech or discussion ex-ante nor sanctions as harsh a view. Emmanuel Mounier and he said it, Hegel say many years ago when he spoke of freedom in self-consciousnesses. We hear the views and take them the weight they have in a democracy that does not need to censor some speeches to protect the democracy we know take care of myself when people understand the value of this, but if so it is doubtful not intervene to save what little peace remains (as in the U.S.). Freedom must be accompanied by the fraternity, you may not like the French liberals, but as a feeling of society, communion that respects the opinion of one of its members, even when he thinks different (in this extremely interesting again is the value we assign to the rights of minorities).
The issue I think is confusing because sometimes I think people try to hide the sun with a finger trying to hide the freedom of others believe it will always be so. In Chile we have a great example, and called dictatorship. And frankly, I can even make any difference what the views of Mr. Barrett, but we must protect people from the cohartan powers improperly, in that we must all guarantors of fundamental rights of men.

Mrs T's Bloody Mary Mix Uk
Indeed, yesterday the Canary Islands (belonging to Spain) reached approximately 250 Senegalese from 4 boats to different parts of the Canary Islands (see map), ran some good luck and others were repatriated, this is the policy of Rodriguez Zapatero .
Moreover, the U.S. president, George W. Bush says it will send 6000 more troops to the border with Mexico, a fact expected by them but no less disturbing.
The truth is that the EU is making huge efforts to stop immigration, but above all there is the intention and policy to solve the problem from where it originates, negotiating with the Senegalese government in the case of Spain and at the same time coordinating financial aid and Government towards countries with high rates of underdevelopment. Seems like a good combination of short-term (eg Rodriguez Zapatero sent more forces to civilian control immigration) and long term (strengthening economic and democratic critics as EU countries).
On the other hand, U.S. to mimic the way but much more authoritarian-tinged, concern are the words of Dennis Hasterts, chairman of the House of Representatives' decision to send troops is the stimulus we need to strengthen our borders and protect our families, "I wonder, is a sign of a mortgage security or future the Rome American? Too many people waiting on their land for help, but dramatically increases the amount of people who are able to sacrifice everything for better opportunities legitimate human Is every day the risk is higher for others who had the privilege of being born in a developed society?
My bet is not to the forced integration (which is apparently intended as G. Bush) but to a cultural respect where there is a common minimum social, ethical, legal, economic and cultural. Perhaps a tall order but it seems the most real and human in the inhuman and quasi-magical realist of our beloved world.

Moovi Hambres De Paco
De cualquier modo, para entender esto, y mirarlo analysis with a critical eye, you have to figure out some clues. For starters, it has been idealized as historical side movement, as has finally rearticulated. That fact seems somewhat disrespectful to Mrs. truth, is not a real organization behind that is representative and covers all. More seems to be that there are small organizations that act on their own and were activated as they motivated to holders Second .
On their demands, we must distinguish. First are the cosist, such as free Pass the school and PSU. While the first is a lack of respect for the rest of Chile (would cost an estimated $ 100 billion annually), the second stems from an artificial problem. However, this opened the way for other claims which are more trascendetales. The discussion of the JEC (that is misplaced criticism) and LOCE (enacted on March 10, 1990, was the last act of Pinochet), in which although there is no clear position is progress to require that they change.
However, this fight is up leaders of the parliamentary opposition, speaking of the failure of conciliation in the matter and other herbs. What right? If LOCE has not been changed by the opposition has been consistently on the right. So too are voices of the agreement in Congress, which deputy who bet on the winner, criticizing the government's management and "support the side." I refer not to the role that Members Tohá Carolina played in the defense of public education, for example in the discussion of the accreditation law, but I have to do in a couple of paragraphs later.
also raise academic voices which are always reproached the rest do not want to play our role in society, and called to join the side, to support to "teach LOCE "(when I at least I doubt many times the legal capacity of some of those who want to chair). A lack of rain this year, vacation-style organizing campaigns to bring food and mattresses to take, and leaves them all the holiday social to "protect." But ... one moment. This time we have to learn from the side, not vice versa. And not just learn to take us to school (that's missing a couple of ragamuffins and a dose of hormones), but to learn the process that have lived side. It is a year of dialogue tables, reports and infighting that have been given. The shots and strikes are now, but I have run out of truly as a last resort. So I say student leaders not to forget the fome. I guess all taught to eat the meal before dessert.
And yet, the call not to forget that first of all are leaders university. And we have to fight for our interests. Right now we have a law accreditation at the door of the oven, made by the same legislators who now defend the quality of education (and apparently they forgot to somewhat in discussing the Act), and also the same who have been forgotten leaders that now seem so exalted to defend public education.
So how do we at home?. Do not fall into easy road, and if we learn from the side, learn well.
