"Despite requests and our General Council meetings with the Ministry of Education, the Government is in breach of the Bologna Declaration and the order itself legal.
The Ministry has given in to pressure from hardliners groups, jealous of their privileges outdated, claiming to have exclusive rights to the architectural and engineering professions, which show a contemptuous attitude to the junior college titles.
It is unacceptable that the Government has broken its own rules, since the Royal Decree 1393/2007 establishes that the lessons Grade should aim at obtaining, by the student, general training, aimed at preparing for the exercise of professional activities. This same decree states that the teachings of Master should aim to acquire specialized training character.
